The entire staff I encountered were wonderfully helpful and friendly.Very capable with any questions I had. I have vertigo and when I came out one of the lovely ladies got me a ginger ale and was patient as it took me a bit to get up. I was nervous when I was referred to Dr. Allen for a root canal, especially since I had no experience with this procedure and did not know what to expect. His office staff was welcoming and pleasant, and the space is comfortable and clean. Dr. Allen conducted his consultation patiently and reviewed my referring dentist's records before explaining the procedure to me. He took his time with local anesthetic and re-applied it as often as needed throughout the procedure when it became apparent that I could feel something. I was referred to the office by my normal dentist office during COVID-19. From my first conversion with Nicole, I felt that if she was that pleasant on the phone, then I was certain the office would be great. I was right! Dr. Allen was so personal, explained everything that was needed, and put me at ease. The entire procedure went really smooth. I remember thinking how professional and skilled he was. A tooth that had been crowned about 35-40 years ago suddenly became symptomatic. As we were leaving the next day for a vacation in Mexico, it was imperative for me to have this addressed immediately. I visited my dentist at 9:00 AM and within 15 minutes he advised that I needed a root canal procedure and made the appointment with Dr. Allen for 12:30 PM that very afternoon. Due to the complex geometry of the tooth, the procedure took about two hours. I received follow-up prescriptions, but only used a portion for pain control. The sensitivity is greatly diminished now, one week later, and I attribute the procedure's success to the extra care Dr. Allen and Nicole took, knowing that I would be in Mexico for the next 6 days.

From Angela who met me when I arrived for my 6:15 a.m., appointment with a pleasant good morning prepping me for my "root canal" and assisting Doctor Allen for the procedure, this by far was probably the best procedure I have ever experienced in a dentist/endodontics office. I lost a crown on a front tooth and looked like, with all due respect, a hockey player. My dentist recommended a root canal after which he would install a post and new crown. I was overjoyed to learn that I could get an appointment with Dr. Allen for the root canal procedure within a couple of hours. Immediately afterward I returned to my dentist who installed the post and temporary crown. Besides being extremely accommodating, Dr. Allen and his staff were very caring and professional. I experienced absolutely no pain or even the slightest discomfort following the procedure.
