It's nice to go to a professional's office and be treated in a friendly manner from the moment you walk in the door. It's not like that most places I go. No one wants a root canal, but I would highly recommend Dr. Allen and his team if you need treatment.

Dr. Allen was thorough in explaining the process and easy handed in the procedure. Angela was perhaps the best tech I have seen. Very impressed with the entire experience. Bottom line, after the numbness wore off, there was no pain!! Highly recommend this team.

Over 20 years ago had an apicoectomy at another Dentist’s office. Stated having pain again and was afraid I would need another one. Went to Dr Allen and he was able to perform just a root canal ( if you have ever had a apicoectomy you will understand my use of the word just). The Dr and Nurse were very thorough and gentle and I left very confident that my problem tooth would no longer be a problem. Dr Allen even did the final restoration so I did not have to go back to my Dentist for that. I recommend Dr Allen and his staff 100%.

What a difference a few days make. I went from soul crushing pain to elation. The root canal was a huge success!!! I would recommend Dr. Allen and his assistant Angela a hundred times over. From the smallest details, providing first dose of meds to being able to rest my chin on a guard while Dr. Allen worked. I was very impressed with Dr Allen and Angela. Together they made the procedure seem effortless. And letting me know how much longer we had as we approached the end was very helpful. Dr, Allen shared his vast knowledge before and after treatment. i can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Allen. I had the best dentist visit I've ever had in my life and I'm 64 yrs old. I've had root canals in the past and I can honestly say that this was the only one that was painless and a breeze from beginning to end. Excellent in every respect! Angela his technician with over 20 years, was on the spot ready when Dr. Allen needed anything, was attentive and respectful of me throughout the procedure and afterwards providing me with over the counter pain meds and advice on my after procedure care. I could not be happier with Dr. Allen. He treated me with care and concern, emphathy and professionalism.I felt confident in his ability to give me the best treatment ever. There has to be trust when you allow someone to drill into a tooth and do very technical and precise procedure when nerves are exposed. He explained every aspect of the procedure, in advance and reviewed scans of the before and after the oral surgery. He answered every question with detail and time, I never felt rushed or treated like I was " a procedure" rather that a patient.Dr Allen served for 10 years with the military as a dentist and as a person who have several family members in 3 branches of service, I know the value that the military places on excellence for the active duty treatment treatment of it's service members. No one wants to have a root canal, it's comforting that we have such an excellent team and endodontics specialist practice as "Endodontics of Mandarin" here in Jacksonville. They even called after the procedure to make sure everything was Ok and discuss any pain I may have had (I didn't have any, other than tender gums). Truly excellent in every way possible! I would not hesisitate to refer anyone to Dr Allen and his very professional team! My thanks to everyone!

My husband had his root canal here and referred me. Although I was nervous, the nurse Angela explained everything very good, she was awesome. Then Dr. Allen went through everything with me, asked if I had any questions. He was gentle, very kind and did an amazing root canal. I had no trouble after I went home. I had heard from other people about their root canal through other doctors and it didn’t go as good as mine. I have and will recommend Dr. Allen. He was amazing.
