Meet Dr. Thomas G. Cooper
Endodontist in Jacksonville, FL
Dr. Cooper is a board certified endodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics with a mission to provide expert professional endodontic services to all patients in a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment.
Dr. Cooper completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He furthered his education at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Clinic in Great Lakes, IL completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. After serving as a General Dentist for the US Navy in Milton, Florida he entered an advanced residency in Endodontics. He completed his residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland and earned a Certificate in Endodontics with a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
Since residency he has completed two tours in Okinawa, Japan, one tour in Twentynine Palms, California, and one tour in Charleston, South Carolina serving the brave men and women of our uniformed services. Dr. Cooper is a member of the American Association of Endodontist and the American Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr. Cooper enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids doing anything outdoors, to include mountain biking, camping, golfing and especially scuba diving. His favorite dive has been the USS Emmons DD-457 wreck in Okinawa, Japan.
