I stopped in with my referral and was given an appointment the next day. This office has a great staff. Excuse me comparing them to machinery but Dr. Allen and Angela work like a well oiled machine. Dr. Allen answered all my questions about the procedure totally to my satisfaction. I especially like that they had a computer screen right by my chair so I could see the x-rays of my problem tooth, before and after. From walking in till leaving, I was out in sixty minutes. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

I have never been treated with such care by a dental professional. I am so glad that I booked an appointment with Dr Allen because he seems to really care about his patients’ dental health. He took his time and was very thorough in treating a tooth that has given me a lot of issues over the years. I feel confident that he has permanently remedied the tooth. I never do reviews but this staff and doctor are outstanding!

I have severe dental anxiety which is irrational because I haven't had a terrible experience at the dentist. However, everyone at Endodontics of Mandarin made me feel calm and reassured me that everything would be fine. They patient and kind. As far as the procedure goes, I didn't feel a thing and have no pain whatsoever now besides the obvious tenderness. If I were in need of another root canal (hopefully not), I would definitely make an appointment here. Thank you for being understanding!

First timer for a root canal procedure. I was stressing it big time. Doctor Allen and his staff made it easy to setup and schedule. Exam, procedure, and everything went very smoothly. Most of all, I was totally impressed with the lack of discomfort or pain after the procedure. The staff followed up with a call a day after the procedure to confirm everything was going well- which it was. Even now- a day later I am in no pain and the original pain and discomfort that drove me to get the procedure are gone. I wish I had addressed my tooth problem by visiting Dr. Allen's office sooner! Would highly recommend.

I would give Dr. Allen and his team more than 5 stars if I could! I'm nervous when it comes to any type of dental work. From the moment I walked into their office, I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. They made sure I had everything I needed to make the root canal procedure as easy for me as possible. They frequently checked with me throughout the procedure to see how I was doing.. After the procedure was completed, Dr. Allen provided me with a detailed account of what he did and how the procedure went. He and Angela made sure I knew what steps I needed to take next and let me know I could call them should I have any concerns or questions. Angela made a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen and his team to anyone in need of this type of dental care/treatment.

I had a root canal procedure on 6/25/2019 and felt compelled to write this review. It began with Nicole who was able to get me into the office the very next day after calling and upon arrival had no wait time. The office was immaculate and the entire admin staff very professional and personable. This was without a doubt one of the best dental procedures experienced and I’ve had plenty. Dr. Allen was extremely competent, professional, and personable, as was his Dental Assistant Jenny. They use the latest state of art technology and Dr. Allen was extremely patient in explaining his assessment and treatment plan in detail. The procedure went flawlessly, was painless, and today, my first day after the root canal, I am back to normal and not experiencing any level of post procedure pain or discomfort. The staff was very friendly and treated you as if they knew you. Dr. Allen was very good at informing me what he would be doing and explained everything so I had no questions. My two root canals were done in a timely fashion and with no pain during the entire procedure. Would recommend to anyone.

I was traumatized by a dentist as a child. Dr Allen and his supportive staff made it possible for me to comfortably get through a (much dreaded) root canal and retreatment - a miracle! Dr Allen is both an endodontist and a healer. His assistant Angela is also gifted and they work together seamlessly. I recommend this practice without reservation, and frequently do.

Very professional and sincere. All staff were very knowledgble and had answers to all my questions. They work very well together and seem like family. They were also very kind and understanding to my apprehensions . I appreciate the state of art equipment as I know it permits a targeted and straightforward treatment that is minimally invasive to the tooth. I had my root canal done Jan 31, 2018. I never had any procedure done in my teeth so I dreaded this procedure to hurt but my whole experience at this dental clinic and with Dr. Allen were all positive. Dr. Allen addressed all my questions and concerns from initial visit, to root canal procedure and up to the follow up visits thereafter. It has been a year since my procedure and I never encountered any issues or problems with the tooth that he worked on. I would highly recommend to other family members and friends.
