i can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Allen. I had the best dentist visit I've ever had in my life and I'm 64 yrs old. I've had root canals in the past and I can honestly say that this was the only one that was painless and a breeze from beginning to end. I would recommend Dr. Allen and his staff at Endodontics of Mandarin to ANYONE 100%! I wish he was also my regular dentist!! Thank You!

Excellent in every respect! Angela his technician with over 20 years, was on the spot ready when Dr. Allen needed anything, was attentive and respectful of me throughout the procedure and afterwards providing me with over the counter pain meds and advice on my after procedure care. I could not be happier with Dr. Allen. He treated me with care and concern, emphathy and professionalism.I felt confident in his ability to give me the best treatment ever. There has to be trust when you allow someone to drill into a tooth and do very technical and precise procedure when nerves are exposed. He explained every aspect of the procedure, in advance and reviewed scans of the before and after the oral surgery. He answered every question with detail and time, I never felt rushed or treated like I was " a procedure" rather that a patient.Dr Allen served for 10 years with the military as a dentist and as a person who have several family members in 3 branches of service, I know the value that the military places on excellence for the active duty treatment treatment of it's service members. No one wants to have a root canal, it's comforting that we have such an excellent team and endodontics specialist practice as "Endodontics of Mandarin" here in Jacksonville. They even called after the procedure to make sure everything was Ok and discuss any pain I may have had (I didn't have any, other than tender gums). Truly excellent in every way possible! I would not hesisitate to refer anyone to Dr Allen and his very professional team! My thanks to everyone!

My husband had his root canal here and referred me. Although I was nervous, the nurse Angela explained everything very good, she was awesome. Then Dr. Allen went through everything with me, asked if I had any questions. He was gentle, very kind and did an amazing root canal. I had no trouble after I went home. I had heard from other people about their root canal through other doctors and it didn’t go as good as mine. I have and will recommend Dr. Allen. He was amazing.

The entire staff I encountered were wonderfully helpful and friendly.Very capable with any questions I had. I have vertigo and when I came out one of the lovely ladies got me a ginger ale and was patient as it took me a bit to get up.
