Dr. Allen was one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with! I had two root canals, and they were virtually painless. I've always heard horror stories about root canals, so I was genuinely concerned the first time I went in for one. Dr. Allen's treatment was a pleasant surprise! Almost no pain, it was like you could rest your head and go to sleep while he was working...it was that easy! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a root canal or other endodontic procedure. He's a great doctor!! Thanks Dr. Allen

Mya was assigned to me and was the kindest most compassionate and competent assistant I have come across so far. Her tapping immediately soothed my anxiety and help me to settle down. She is such a precious Diamond. Dr. Allen was so relaxed and answered all my questions. He is one of few who don’t rush to get it over with and didn’t make me feel like a number. He used gadgets that were unknown to me and were all about making it more comfortable for the patient. He definitely found his purpose and is incredibly good at what he does. The front desk staff is really sweet and very competent. You’re in good hands here

I can’t say enough good things about Mandarin Endodontics! I was referred by my amazing dentist, Dr. Greg Archambault, DMD, in Orange Park for severe tooth pain. They got me in for an appointment in less than 24 hours, and my root canal was completed the very same day. Ashanti performed my initial exam, and it was immediately clear she is exceptional at what she does. Although it wasn’t obvious which tooth was causing the problem, she quickly and accurately narrowed it down. Dr. Cooper was incredibly compassionate and understanding of the amount of pain I was in. He explained everything thoroughly and did an outstanding job with my root canal. He was also able to permanently restore my tooth without the need for a crown, which saved me a significant amount of money. My case was especially challenging because there was no visible trauma to the tooth, making the diagnosis more difficult. Morgan assisted during the procedure and was so kind and reassuring throughout the entire visit. I also want to recognize the front office staff—they are a wonderful group of ladies who are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire experience as smooth as possible. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone at Mandarin Endodontics for their expertise, compassion, and outstanding care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!

I would recommend Dr. Cooper and Mya without hesitation to anyone who needed this type of dental care. They are the best. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional. I could overhear one of the dental assistants talking with a patient in the next room, and the care in her voice in talking with this patient was so comforting. Kudos to this entire team!
