They must have cloned Dr. Eldredge into Dr. Allen. Dr. Allen is every bit as professional, personable, and has a great "chair side manner". His assistant, Jenny, was also professional, courteous and caring. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

All services were very well done and professional. Would of been nice to know that only a temp filling was going in instead of a permanent. I just assumed that when the repair was done it was 100% done. Didn't know this until near the end of the treatment. All else was great. I didn't hear Elvis, but the background music was good as well.

The root canal procedure was performed promptly with the utmost care and attention to my comfort from start to finish. Painless procedure! Almost fell asleep, even after having only the novocaine administered. Dr. Allen was more than willing to explain the finer details of the procedure. Great transition between Dr. Eldridge and Dr. Allen.

This was not my first root canal, but it was the absolute best. The office, staff and Dr. Allen make a difficult time, very pleasant. I was fortunate and had very little discomfort afterwards, and was glad I had the procedure done.
