Dr Allen is a real gentleman and a highly trained endodontist. He took his time to explain, gave detailed explanation of what he was going to do, and gently proceeded to perform a root canal with no pain and on time conclusion. Was very impressed with his compassion and sensitivity. If you need a root canal, I would highly recommend Dr Allen!

I can highly recommend Dr. Allen and his staff. They literally treat you like family and provide hands on support throughout the procedure(s), which are often uncomfortable. The entire process (despite the pain) was fairly pleasant and I never questioned whether I was in good hands.

This was the best experience I have had with a root canal and I have had many. Dr. Allen worked quickly but was extremely careful and gentle. I was able to eat later in the day and had virtually no pain the next day. In the past, with root canals performed by other providers, I was taking pain meds for a week and could not chew on that side of my mouth. I haven't taken a pain reliever since Dr. Allen completed my procedure. It was a wonderful experience.

From the start, Dr. Allen took the time to listen to my needs in detail and when the actual procedure started, he explained everything and was very gentle. he root canal was effective and I did not have any pain during the procedure or after it. My treatment was completed within 2 days of evaluation. Dr. Allen and Jodie work together very well and efficiently. I had several injections to numb the area and felt neither the injections nor anything during the procedure. I will return to Endodontics of Mandarin in a heartbeat if I need endodontic work in the future!

As an older lady I can say I've had many many root canals and so when this popped up I was a little concerned because I don't find them very comfortable and now that I'm older I wasn't looking forward to it but it actually turned out to be the most comfortable root canal retreatment I have ever had! But the best part is the relief that I received within 3 weeks I knew the doctor Alan had gotten the whole problem solved. I won't be needing another retreat. I had probably suffered from this for several years until the infection finally became evident and even though it was already treated at least once ! This was the real solution so my advice to you would be go to Dr. Jason Allen the FIRST time and you won't have to go for a retreat! He does it right the first time! Thank you Dr. Allen! Also he was very concerned and took a proactive stance on how the crown would be restored. He made a very small hole so that we could try to perhaps save the crown. I was floored by that! All other endodontists , figure once they're done with treating you the rest is up to you! They really don't care! As if all of this isn't enough, another plus is the staff is so pleasant and professional and you are ALWAYS feeling so comfortable when you are there!
