I had a root canal with Dr. Allen yesterday. The procedure was amazing, I even dozed off a few times it went so well. I do not fear much in this world more than dentistry! Dr. Allen and his staff went out of the way to ensure I was relaxed and free from any pain or discomfort. Everything was explained to me in simple terms. The procedure was completed with zero discomfort during or after. I am writing this just 24 hours post procedure and have no discomfort whatsoever. I even received a follow-up call this morning to make sure all went well. Highly recommended!!!

The friendliness and courtesy I received from the beginning was terrific. The doctor and his assistant were thorough and explained each procedure. Dr. Allen is great as a doctor and as a person . I had a root canal done and I feel a sleep with out general or local anesthesia. The ladies in the office are fantastic they are very nice and always explained to you what was happening. l would go back to Dr. Allen without any reservation.

This was my first visit to Dr. Allen's office since he replaced Dr. M. Eldridge, who I had seen previously. I was very impressed with the modernization of his office as Dr. Allen seemingly has incorporated the latest in technology and equipment. I had an abscess (infection) in one of my molar's which was causing a sinus infection to the left side of my head. Dr. Allen's staff was able to schedule me within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. I received all the required forms and documentation via e-mail shortly after my initial telephone conversation. When I arrived the next day for my appointment I was warmly greeted and my initial questions were answered. I did not have to wait very long before I received the appropriate X-rays and diagnosis of the cause of my tooth pain. Dr. Allen's initial examination was thorough and professional. We agreed on the steps for treatment which required a root canal. He addressed all my concerns with pain professionally and appropriately including providing two doses of over-the-counter pain medication as well as a prescriptions for pain which I did not need and a prescription for an antibiotic which I needed. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Allen's abilities, training, equipment, and skill to treat any root canal related problem, and yes, I highly recommend him and his staff if you need his services.
