Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, though not stuffy.. they were serious when needed but also laughed with us throughout the appointment. The ladies at the front made check in and check out easy and quick. Very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable staff. They explained things as they went, they answered all questions we had, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and explained all options going forward.
