Dr. Cooper was very professional. He made me feel at ease and I felt assured that everything was going to be alright, even with my complicated circumstances. I’d go back to him in a minute!! Angela was so professional, told me what to expect, was very kind and put me at ease right away. She reduced my anxiety greatly.

I felt heard. I did not feel discriminated against as I usaully experience. I wasn’t delayed or gaslighted I was treated with care and compassion. I wasn’t worked on without pain consideration which usually happens. He made me feel like a person.

Only complaint would be the pretreatment medication was not sent at time of scheduling my treatment. I had to call and remind the staff to send over the antibiotic and other medications on the day of the procedure.
