I felt heard. I did not feel discriminated against as I usaully experience. I wasn’t delayed or gaslighted I was treated with care and compassion. I wasn’t worked on without pain consideration which usually happens. He made me feel like a person.

Only complaint would be the pretreatment medication was not sent at time of scheduling my treatment. I had to call and remind the staff to send over the antibiotic and other medications on the day of the procedure.
