I was very impressed! Certainly having a root canal is not a great way to spend the afternoon, but my experience at Endodontics of Mandarin was almost pleasant, not terrifying like I thought it would be!

Everything was explained in detail from appointment, money due, procedure and care. I went into the appointment well informed. They err very caring when I became nauseous and offered me a ginger ale to help. Very patient and concerned.

I was prescribed antibiotics for an infected tooth on Thursday, but instead of getting better, the pain was intolerable by Monday morning. Endodontics of Mandarin made time for me when I called them that morning, even though the doctor had to do a double root canal. When I got home I went to sleep for a couple hours and when I woke up there was almost no pain. I was able to go to work the next morning. Thank you so much. Great office-5 Stars across the board.

The attitudes of the Doctor and staff, atmosphere of the office, and professional approach greatly alleviated the inevitable anxiety related to the impending procedure. They made sure I understood what was about to happen, answered my questions thoroughly, and were careful to ensure I was clear on the details of follow-up treatment--pain management (very little pain experienced even after anesthesia wore off), requirement for antibiotic treatment to eliminate residual infection, and necessity of having my regular dentist install a permanent filling or cap. It's hard to call a root canal a 'pleasant' experience, but I greatly appreciated the demeanor and talent of everyone in the office who did their individual jobs so well. And the music was right on!

This was the by far the most as pleasant and least anxiety inducing root canal procedure I've experienced. The staff made sure I was comfortable and took every precaution to insure that I was well taken care of. My highest accolades to Dr. Allen and the staff.
